The coaching visits were mostly focus on strengthening the partnership and monitoring systems of Star Kampuchea. Therefore, ACP staff provided undertook the following actions to the individual PANs and COs:
- Feedback/advice to improve their understanding of partnerships
- Present the role of STAR Kampuchea facilitators
- Present the flow of budget funding
- Present the working/monitoring mechanism of networks supported by STAR
Kampuchea
- Present a suitable approach for working within the community
After SK provided them with clear information and instructions to working as a partnership, most partners improved in how they conducted themselves with regards to discussion, communication, patience and favor with each other. Moreover, the partners understood the monitoring system of STAR Kampuchea and found it to be acceptable. The partners also learnt a better approach in how to work within their respected communities. |
