These were organized by 6 PANs and 9 COs who attended the TOT in May and June 2009. The echo training resulted in 866 participants attending, including 429 women. The participants were from communities, Commune Councils and Administrative Police officers.  There were some positive changes which occurred with the echoed training within the communities, such as the gaining of knowledge and understanding in not only how to advocate and complain to the relevant departments, but also more importantly learn how to protect themselves legally.
