Supported by the World Bank, Star Kampuchea has contacted and transferred money to 15 Provincial Network Coordinators to establish the Virtual Provincial Resource Centers (VPRC). In the first semester, there were 15 Provincial Networks established with VPRC created in the Network and organization office. There were 8 VPRC`s which had both library and internet services, while the other 7 had only internet service with limited books and other documents available. Unfortunately there was no budget support for the set up of the library. During the first semester, 816 people; including 332 females, accessed the internet with 377 people; including 106 females accessed the literature within the libraries.
