aims to mobilize the grassroots to involve themselves in the legislative process and to demand the implementation of Cambodian law.

advises and trains grassroots organizations to create strong and dynamic civil society players and to build up strong networks.

  STAR Kampuchea Foundation
is STAR Kampuchea’s vision for the future. The foundation will offer civil society organizations extensive services. It already runs the program “Volunteer Action for Cambodia”.
