STAR Kampuchea
is a non-profit and non-partisan organization. Its mission is to build strong and dynamic civil society organizations by providing them with the skills and means to advocate for their own interests. It works together with Civil Society Organizations in Phnom Penh and the provinces.

Advocacy Action Program
aims to mobilize the grassroots to involve themselves in the legislative process and to demand the implementation of Cambodian law.

Advocacy Capacity Building Program
advises and trains grassroots organizations to create strong and dynamic civil society players and to build up strong networks.

STAR Kampuchea Foundation
is STAR Kampuchea’s vision for the future. The foundation will offer civil society organizations extensive services. It already runs the program “Volunteer Action for Cambodia”.
