Beside establishing the VPRC`s, STAR Kampuchea has organized one library training session to 15 provincial networks librarians and secretaries between 6th – 7th April 2009. There were 17 participants (M=10, F=7) including 2 secretary staff of Star Kampuchea who participated in this training. The training was conducted at Star Kampuchea in Phnom Penh. The training topics were about documentation and library preparation. According to the training evaluation,   70% of the participants understood well the different documentation and preparation of working in a library. After the training, at least 50% of provincial networks were well prepared and understood the different documents needed for their library
