STAR Kampuchea currently has 40 officially affiliated Cooperating Organizations. The Provincial Advocacy Networks (PANs) are composed of groups of provincial NGOs, which STAR Kampuchea is supporting in their advocacy cooperation on grassroots issues. 11 PANs have already been formed in Battam bong, Sihanouk Ville, Pursat, Siem Reap, Mondulkiri, Svay Reang, Banteay MeanChey, Kamong Cham, Stoeung Treing, Pheah Vihear and Ratanakiri Provinces.
