នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃសុក្រ ១១កើត ខែផល្គុន ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស. ២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែកុម្ភ: ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការស្តារកម្ពុជា ក្រោមកិច្ចសហការជាមួយ លេខាធិការដ្ឋាន គជអប និង មានការគាំទ្រថវិកា ពី អង្គការ ហេក្សអេពើ និងគម្រោង នើតឈ័រ ក្រោមអធិបតី លោក ជេដ្ឋ គីមជុង អនុប្រធានអង្គភាពត្រួតពិនិត្យ វាយតម្លៃ និងព័ត៌មាន និងជាប្រធានសម្របសម្រួលគម្រោងគណនេយ្យភាពសង្គម បានរៀបចំប្រជុំ ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងផ្តល់យោបល់លើសូចនាករផ្ទាំងកញ្ចប់ព័ត៌មានសម្រាប់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ (I4Cs) សម្រាប់ការអនុវត្តគម្រោងសាកល្បង “ការបន្ស៊ាំនឹងការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុ តាមរយ:ក្របខណ្ឌការងារគណនេយ្យភាពសង្គម”។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណង៖
១. ពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហការល្អរវាងលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន គ.ជ.អ.ប. ជាមួយ អង្គការHEKS/EPER អង្គការ និងអង្គការស្តារកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការអនុវត្តគម្រោងសាកល្បង “ការបន្ស៊ាំនឹងការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុ តាមរយ:ក្របខណ្ឌការងារគណនេយ្យភាពសង្គម”
២. ពិភាក្សាលើខ្លឹមសាររូបភាព និងអត្ថន័យលើសេចក្តីព្រាងកញ្ចប់ព័ត៌មានសម្រាប់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ(I4C)
៣. ពិភាក្សាលើសេចក្តីព្រាងការណែនាំក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ឯកសារសម្រាប់បណ្តុះបណ្តាលដល់អ្នកសម្របសម្រួលគណនេយ្យភាពសហគមន៍(CAF) និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីតំណាងលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន គ.ជ.អ.ប. តំណាងអង្គការHEKS/EPER និងអង្គការស្តារកម្ពុជា សរុបចំនួន ១០រូប ស្រី្ត០២រូប៕
On February 27, 2026, STAR Kampuchea (SK), in collaboration with the NCDD Secretariat and with financial support from HEKS/EPER and the Nurture Project, chaired by Mr. Chet Kimchung, Deputy Director of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Information Unit and Head of the Social Accountability, organized aof the pilot project “Adapting to Climate Change through a Social Accountability Framework”.
The meeting was organized with the following objectives:
- Strengthening good cooperation between the NCDD Secretariat, HEKS/EPER, Nurture and STAR Kampuchea (SK) in the implementation of the pilot project “ on Social Accountability for Climate Change Adaption
- Discuss the content, images and meaning of the draft Information for Citizens (I4C)
- Discuss the draft training on Community Accountability Facilitators (CAF) and dissemination to citizens.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the NEC Secretariat, HEKS/EPER, and Restoring Cambodia, a total of 10 people, 2 women.
