STAR Kampuchea policies are a deliberate system of principles that guide STAR Kampuchea to make rights decision for a rational outcome. STAR Kampuchea’s Policies are a statement of intent and is implemented as a procedure or protocol. STAR Kampuchea’s policies are drafted by the Executive Committee (Excom) with the participatory consultation with staff, and finally, are approved by the Board of Directors.
