ថ្ងៃទី១០ កុម្ភៈ ២០២១ អង្គការស្តារកម្ពុជា បានផ្សព្វផ្សាយព័ត៍មានសម្រាប់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅសាលាឃុំ មណ្ឌលសុខភាព និងសាលារៀន នៅភូមិស្តុកខ្ទុំ ឃុំផ្ទះរុង ស្រុកតាលោសែនជ័យ ខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់ ដែលមានគ្រូបង្គោល អាជ្ញាធរភូមិ និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋសរុប ២៥ នាក់ ក្នុងនោះ ស្ក្រ្តី ១៦ នាក់ យុវជន ៥ នាក់ ក្រោមការឧបត្ថម្ភដោយអង្គការ HEKS Cambodia !
