ខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃ អង្គារ ១២រោច ខែអស្សុជ ឆ្នាំឆ្លូវ ទោស័ក ព.ស. ២៥៦៥ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី០២ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២១ លេខាធិការដ្ឋាន គ.ជ.អ.ប. បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលដល់គ្រូបង្គោលថ្នាក់ខេត្ត ក្រុង ស្រុក ស្តីពីការអនុវត្តផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រគណនេយ្យភាពសង្គមនៅខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង ដែលដឹកនាំដោយ លោក ជេដ្ឋ គីមជុង ប្រធានសម្របសម្រួល​គម្រោង​គណនេយ្យភាពសង្គម ដំណាក់កាលទី២ និងជាអនុប្រធានអង្គភាពត្រួតពិនិត្យ វាយតម្លៃ និងព័ត៌មាន នៃលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន គ.ជ.អ.ប. ដោយទទួល​បាន​ការគាំទ្រ​មូលនិធិបរធនបាលកិច្ចពីធនាគារពិភពលោក(WB) និង​មានការចូលរួម​ពី​មន្ត្រីបង្គោល​ថ្នាក់ខេត្ត ក្រុង ស្រុកនៃខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង និងខេត្តកំពង់ធំ តំណាងអង្គការសុខភាពគ្រួសារអន្តរជាតិ (FHI-360) តំណាងអង្គការស្តារកម្ពុជា និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធដ៏ទៃទៀត ប្រមាណជា ៤០រូប។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ ប្រព្រឹត្តទៅតាមវិធានការសុវត្ថិភាព ការពារ Covid-19 ៣ការពារ៣កុំ និង២ចូលរួម របស់ក្រសួងសុខាភិបាល។
គោលបំណងសំខាន់នៃវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះ គឺផ្តល់ចំណេះដឹងមូលដ្ឋានអំពី «ផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រស្តីពីការងារគណនេយ្យភាពសង្គមសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍតាមបែបប្រជាធិបតេយ្យនៅថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិ» ដល់គ្រូបង្គោលថ្នាក់ខេត្ត និងថ្នាក់ក្រុង ស្រុក ដើម្បីមានលទ្ធភាព​បណ្តុះបណ្តាលបន្​តទៅដល់​អង្គភាពផ្តល់សេវា អំពី «ផែនការអនុវត្ត​គណនេយ្យភាពសង្គម​សម្រាប់​ការអភិវឌ្ឍតាមបែបប្រជាធិបតេយ្យនៅថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិ» ដោយ​ផ្តោតការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ទៅលើការពង្រឹងភាពងាយស្រួលទទួលបានព័ត៌មាននានា និងព័ត៌មានថវិកា ការត្រួតពិនិត្យតាមដានដោយប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ការសម្របសម្រួល និងការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាព និង​ការប្រមូល​មេរៀន​បទពិសោធន៍ និងការត្រួតពិនិត្យតាមដាន។
លោក ជេដ្ឋ គីមជុង បាន​ស្នើទៅសិក្ខាកាមទាំង​អស់ឱ្យ​យក​ចិត្តទុក​ដាក់​តាមដាន​ស្តាប់នូវមេរៀននីមួយៗ ដើម្បី​ជាទុន​ដ៏​សំខាន់​សម្រាប់​យក​ទៅ​បង្រៀន​បន្ត​ដល់​រដ្ឋបាលឃុំ សង្កាត់ សាលាបឋមសិក្សា និងមណ្ឌលសុខភាព ដើម្បីអនុវត្តការងារគណនេយ្យភាពសង្គមនេះ ប្រកបដោយគុណភាព និងប្រសិទ្ធភាព។
