Open Development Cambodia  (ODC) and STAR Kampuchea co-organized a kick-off meeting of the project “Using Open Data for Budget Transparency at District Level”. The project aims to use ICT tools to support the district’s effort in enhancing its budget transparency. This project is co-implemented by STAR Kampuchea ODC  and it is supported by SPIDER, a Swedish agency.
